On a single-color background stand out letters, numbers and mathematical symbols. All along the dock convoluted formulas are displayed. Modern hieroglyphics that we can not literally read, much less understand, they fix the gaze of rushed travelers by their mysterious beauty.
Later, we will solve this mystery: they are an art exhibition with a pedagogical purpose, which takes place around the COP 21 summit. These formulas are at the heart of the first climate global model climate.
But their direct contemplation suddenly reminds us how our urban spaces are usually colonized by commercial ugly garish ads. If they won’t change the climate on a global scale, these posters have already locally modified the environment.
